- New York WASHINGTON, July 9, 2018 Afandina Halal, a Long Island City, N.Y. establishment, is recalling an undetermined amount of raw poultry products that were produced, packaged and distributed without the benefit of federal inspection, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The raw chicken items were produced and packaged from May 14 through June 22, 2018. These items were shipped to retail locations in New York City.
