- Massachusetts WASHINGTON, Sept. 10, 2025 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert for raw sirloin beef tip product due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The product contains sesame and wheat, known allergens, which are not declared on the product label. FSIS is issuing this public health alert to ensure that consumers with allergies to sesame and wheat are aware that these products should not be consumed. A recall was not requested because the affected products are no longer available for purchase. The products bear the establishment number “EST. 4033” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to Roche Bros. Supermarkets retail locations in Massachusetts.
