- Idaho; Oregon; Washington WASHINGTON, March 31, 2025 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert for a ready-to-eat (RTE) white chicken chili imported from Canada that did not receive the benefit of import reinspection. A recall was not requested because the product is no longer available for purchase. The product bears the Canadian establishment seal “7011.” This item was shipped to select Costco stores in Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
