Tracker subscription terms

One website costs $9.99 USD per month. Unlimited websites costs $19.99 USD per month. Both plans include multiple trackers. The price and any applicable tax shown at Stripe Checkout are the amount to review before subscribing. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

Websites and compatibility

The one-website plan covers one exact HTTPS origin, including its hostname. The unlimited plan allows a separate registered origin for each tracker. Your CMS must permit iframe HTML; some hosted plans restrict it. A platform name alone does not guarantee compatibility. Confirm your CMS supports embeds before subscribing.

Billing and cancellation

Use Manage billing on the tracker dashboard to update payment details or cancel. Cancellation scheduled for the period end preserves access through the paid period. Expired, canceled or non-active subscriptions do not serve recall listings. Refund questions should be directed to the operator; statutory rights are unaffected. A downgrade to one website stops trackers on other origins.

Account retention after cancellation

Account and tracker settings are retained for a 90-day recovery and support window after paid access ends. After that window, unnecessary data is reviewed for deletion; deletion is not automatic. Necessary billing, dispute and security records may remain for a documented purpose. Stripe and Supabase Auth have separate records and retention. Cancellation stops renewal according to your billing settings; it does not immediately erase your account. Contact the operator using the privacy page for deletion requests.

Information coverage

The tracker displays available stored records, not a live safety certification or emergency alert. Categories may be inferred. Location matching includes nationwide records and can omit notices without explicit coverage. Brand filters match the recorded brand; missing brands are excluded. Shared links identify individual recall records, not subscriber accounts.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Read our privacy information. Free public recall search and email/SMS alerts are separate from this paid service.
